Should internal comms be measured like marketing?

Marketing teams obsess over open rates, engagement, conversions—but internal comms? Many still send out updates and urg...hope for the best?


If we track customer engagement, why not employee engagement? The eNPS is a great way to do it and be able to benchmark against other organisations doing similar things.


And if we A/B test external messaging, why not internal messaging? Doing more of the right things, at the right time, to the right people sounds like a good plan to me.


Whether we're talking external or internal comms - aren't we always reaching.. humans?


It’s time for internal comms to move from nice-to-have to business-critical. How do you measure success in internal communications?
